I am Lia, a certified yoga instructor and astrology explorer. Five years ago, yoga, meditation and astrology entered my life out of a quiet need to feel better, in body and in mind. They slowly became a daily practice, and in time, something I now share with others. For me, astrology did not arrive as something separate from yoga, but as a continuation of the same curiosity. Both worlds invite us to look at ourselves deeply and to navigate life with acceptance rather than resistance.
